The club operates in line with Football Association guidelines including codes of conduct for coaches, parents and players, as well as child protection policies.We are proud to confirm that we have been approved by the Football Association and have received the F.A.'s "Adult Charter Standard Club Award". We were the first club in Essex to receive the Youth "Standard" award, and we were one of only some twenty adult clubs to hold the Adult Charter Standard when we gained that award. The Club has been re-awarded its Club SX Gold Award, but, now as an adult club.
Manager/Coach - Keith Berriman (01621 818505). Keith is an FA Licensed Coach (Level 2), and a Member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club. Keith was the winner of the Essex F.A. Charter Standard Coach and F.A. Charter Standard "Regional Coach of the Year" award for the London area, in 2001 (when he was a lot younger!). Keith is also a Member of The Essex Coaches Association, and Essex County FA Coaches Association.
The club's aim is to make football enjoyable and fun, not to win at all costs (but we do like to win!). We are playing in the Braintree & North Essex Sunday League again this season. This is our sixth season playing adult football in the BNESL. C'mon you Eagles!!

The Eagles are looking forward to a better second half of the season in 2012, having been struggling with bad injury problems for several weeks, with consequently poor results. EAGLES GIVE BTFSC THE WIN ;o(( 20/03/11
THAT SINKING FEELING. CHRISSY KEEPING HIS FOOT IN.
The Eagles may have thrown away their chances of being Divisional Champions by giving away a two goal lead to a persistent BTFSC team. Goals by Timmy Evo and Karl Badiali put the Eagles well ahead.
However, a general lack of spirit, and an air of tiredness, from the Eagles team gave BTSFC the openings to even up the score and then go ahead late into the match. Only then did the Eagles pick up the pace, but, it was too late. An amazing Mario Andrew shot bending the crossbar, but, not hitting the back of the net.
Late News - the Eagles' luck may just have held as it appears that Sporting lost their match against Witham Phoenix - giving the Eagles another chance to become clear Champions - IF THEY BEAT ONLEY ARMS THIS COMING SUNDAY.
Let's hope that the lads give the match the importance that it deserves - this time.

EAGLES LOSE MATCH IN LAST QUARTER [Eagles v Sporting 77 Reserves - 25/10/09]
After coming back from 1 - 0 down, and going ahead to 2 - 1 up, the Eagles lost the plot and ended 3 -2 down at the final whistle
The lads produced a large number of scoring chances, but, failed to capitalise on them.
That's the lesson for next time (plus - start using your support players!).
